Attestry Verification LLC
1. Scope of Services
Attestry Verification LLC provides services including mobile notary, loan signing, apostille processing, I-9 verification, estate planning notarization, ink fingerprinting, and field inspections. All services require identity verification and compliance with state law to ensure you can verify with confidence.
2. No Legal Advice
As a notary public, we are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring document readiness and consulting legal counsel when needed.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must present valid ID, ensure documents are complete, and confirm all signers are present. We may refuse service when legal requirements are not met.
4. Apostille Services Notice
Apostille timelines are estimates only. Delays by state, federal, or international agencies are beyond our control.
5. Fingerprinting Services
We offer ink-on-card fingerprinting only. We do not store biometric data. Clients must confirm acceptance with the requesting agency.
6. Field Inspections
Inspections reflect visible conditions at the time of visit. We do not perform structural, safety, or mechanical evaluations.
7. Payments, Fees & Refunds
Certain fees (travel, courier, apostille processing, completed notarizations) are non-refundable. Electronic payments, if used, are processed securely through third-party providers.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Same-day cancellations may incur fees. Missing documents, ID, or signers will be considered a client cancellation.
9. Refusal of Service
We may refuse service for incomplete documents, invalid ID, suspected coercion, fraud concerns, or unsafe conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for document errors, agency delays, rejected fingerprints, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Use of our services constitutes agreement with our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-Party Platforms
We may use platforms such as Snapdocs, SigningOrder, NotaryDash, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, payment processors, CRM systems, and courier services. Clients agree to those providers’ terms when applicable.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
